We want you to be completely satisfied with your SeamstressLagos purchase!If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer returns for store credit on most eligible items within10 calendar daysof receipt.

Unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached.

Items in their original condition (free of stains, odors, damage, or alterations).

Ineligible Items:

All sales of robes and accessories are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items due to hygiene reasons.

Customized items.

Items purchased on sale or with a discount (unless the full price difference is paid).

Items returned after 10 days of receipt, including the time taken to contact us about the return, may not be eligible for a refund or store credit. Please ensure that you reach out to our customer service team promptly within the designated time frame to initiate the return process.
Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, kindly contact us immediately. We're here to assist you and resolve any issues promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

Contact Us:Prior to initiating any returns, kindly reach out to our customer service team via email at support@seamstresslagos.com within 4 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email. It's important to note that the 4-day period is NOT separate from the maximum 10-day timeframe allowed for returning an order.

Return Instructions:If your return is approved, we will send you a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your items.

Ship Your Return:Pack your unworn, unwashed items securely with all original tags attached. Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package. Ship your return package to the address provided in the return instructions.
Refunds:

We do not offer cash refunds.

Instead, we offer store credit for the full value of the returned item (excluding original shipping fees).

Store credit can be used towards any future purchase on our website.
Exchanges:

We do not currently offer exchanges.
